The idea:
After many turns culinary and personal, I wanted to set up a very special project, with heart and kitchen.
Between jokes and laughter, empanadas and croquettes, this gastronomic project which aims to bring the essence of the Galician cuisine, that kitchen made with love and good product, like where did our grandmothers, to further afield of Galicia was born.
Tell you that this project stems from the complicity of two sisters wanting to enjoy again the life, work and kitchen and share it with all of you.

The ingredients of our recipes are first quality and craft processing, which gives these recipes a unique hallmark that differentiates us.
Our pies corn, as well as other products of the orchard as the turnip greens, peppers and tomatoes is own cultivation.
To get the flour, the basis of our pies, we grind corn at stone mill before each drawing.
One of the secrets of the success of our pies is mass, family recipe and kneading manual kneading roller.
